Modern Foreign Languages at West Oxford Community Primary School

At West Oxford Community Primary School we are proud to offer a consistent Modern Foreign Language to all children in Key Stage 2.

The teaching provides children the opportunity to delve into a different culture and allows them to develop speaking, listening and writing skills in that language. 

Classes are fun and interactive.  Role play, songs, games and reading comprehensions are some of the ways children start to deepen their confidence in a new modern foreign language,  As a result the children quickly display speaking skills, listening skills and an awareness of a country's geography, history and culture.
